Our warehouse appointments are designed for customers who want to hand-pick pieces for their shop in person.

During your appointment, you’ll have access to a curated selection of stock and can choose items individually at your own pace. Our team will be on hand to guide you, answer questions, and help you make the most of your time with us. All items are on hangers for super easy picking!

Stock will be all Womenswear, predominately Y2K Style

Each appointment lasts 3 hours. It is extremely important you are ready at the beginning of your appointment time as its unlikely we will be able to extend your appointment slot

The minimum spend is £300 + VAT (£360 total).

Booking Rules

Cancellations or rebooking must be made with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in your deposit not being refunded.
The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day. If you fail to attend your appointment or do not meet the minimum spend, the deposit will not be credited or refunded.
Stock availability may vary. If you’re looking to purchase large volumes of specific items, please get in touch in advance (ideally before booking) and we’ll be happy to advise.
All items chosen are non return/refundable so it is important to check your items before leaving. All items are on hangers to make this really easy and fast!

To keep things fair for all customers, we require a balanced selection of sizes to be purchased. Repeated bulk buying of limited or single sizes may result in future bookings being declined.

Yes. We ship vintage wholesale orders across the UK and internationally. Delivery options, charges and estimated transit times are shown at checkout where available.

How quickly do you dispatch orders?

We aim to dispatch in-stock wholesale orders quickly, with many orders leaving our warehouse within 24 hours. Larger orders, pallets and specialist shipments may require additional handling time.

Can I make money reselling vintage clothing?

Our wholesale stock is supplied specifically for resellers. Your achievable margin will depend on the product, selling platform, pricing, condition, demand and your own business costs, so resale profit is never guaranteed.

Are the branded items authentic?

We do not knowingly sell counterfeit branded goods. Our stock is checked during the grading and sorting process before being supplied to customers.

What condition will the clothing be in?

Condition depends on the grade and product purchased. Each product page explains the applicable grading standard, and customers should review the product description and grading information before ordering.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimum order requirements depend on the service or product selected. Boxed wholesale bundles can be purchased directly online, while handpick services may have their own minimum spend requirements.
