What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Your order will be prepared for dispatch once payment has been received in full. For orders over £1,000.00 GBP we would kindly ask payment to be made Via Bacs but it is not necassary for completion.
Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at office@thehubvintagewholesale.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

- Customers purchasing stock from outside of the U.K. may be subject to VAT and/or duty charges. Any charges imposed will be up to the receiving customer to pay; we will NOT cover these charges. If the receiver does not pay the charges and allows the package(s) to be returned to us, shipping costs will NOT be refunded and there will be a restocking & tax penalty of £100.00 GBP.
- Northern and Republic of Ireland are now charged in the same manner as EU countries with added costs and shipping methods. Taxes may apply.
How long will shipping take?
Dispatch
- Orders placed should be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday will be disptached the following Monday.
- Occasionally, there can be delays but our committed team works extremely hard to get you your items as quickly as possible.
Shipping
- We aim to provide accurate dates and times of arrival for packages on request. However, due to distribution and handling being undertaken by 3rd party companies, we cannot guarantee a delivery time, date, or location.
UK: 1-2 Business days shipping time after dispatch.
EU: 3-5 Business days shipping time after dispatch.
Rest of world: 3-7 Business days shipping time after dispatch.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched our shipping team will update your order page with your courier and tracking details. This information will be send to the email used to checkout online. If you have any technical difficulties finding your tracking number, please reach out.
What does "I've been washed" really mean?
Products listed as "I've been washed" have been washed by our suppliers, we have included this service at no extra charge to our customers. It is important to note, these pieces have been washed to ensure they're clean and as crease free as we can get them, they have not been stain treated. some small stains might remain on the items, this will not be cause for a refund and is to be expected. All our products are packed into cardboard boxes and take around 2-3 months to arrive from source so please don't expect lavendar fresh, for a very fractional cost you can mist them with some freshing spray when unpacking and they will be ready for the shelves!
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes it is possible to return, refund, or exchange your order. You must submit a request to our team within 7 calendar days. Please read our full returns page for more information.
How do I return an item?
Eligibility:
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of the delivery date for:
- Boxed items which are returned in the same physical condition as they were delivered. If items are altered or damaged by the customer, you may receive a reduced refund or no refund.
- Bales that are unopened in their original packaging.
- Items on sale or under clearance are not eligible for return unless the discount code is unique has been provided by The Hub directly. Discounted items offered in our BOGOF sale are not eligible for return and refund.
Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us through our email office@thehubvintagewholesale.com, ensuring to include as much information as possible about the reason for return. Your request will then be processed by a member of our team. If your request is successful you will receive a written confirmation and we will guide you on how to return the item.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. They must ensure its value is fully insured and a shipping confirmation is sent to us. Should a return be misplaced, destroyed, or for any other reason, not delivered to us, the customer will be responsible and will not receive a refund. If a package is sent without approval, it will be refused upon delivery.
Inspection:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure the stock is the same and products are in the same condition as when they were shipped, and if applicable, that bales haven’t been opened.
Refund:
If approved, we will offer a value equivalent credit note or refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 days. Please note that returns will NOT have outbound shipping costs refunded.
EU & International orders must be returned to us and declared as "Return" to avoid Vat & Duty upon their arrival back into the U.K. Failure to correctly declare your return will result in our company paying Tax & Duty, this amount will be removed from your refund total without exception due to failure to correctly complete import documents.
Additionally, any packages unclaimed at customs and returned to us will be subject to a mandatory £100.00 fee for undertaking return shipping, fines, and restocking.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via Office@thehubvintagewholesale.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return. See refund policy for details.
